Once the cheque is sent we recommend that you contact that tournament director to confirm that the cheque is on its way.

Please note that some banks have a daily maximum e-Transfer amount and may require multiple transfers to pay in full.

 

Cancellation Policy

RNMHA requires all tournament registrations to be paid in full 2 months prior to the start date of
the tournament you have registered for. Start date is considered the first day that is advertised
on our tournament information page. Please reach out to our Tournament Director, Joëlle
Landry, as soon as possible should payment arrangements need to be made.


RNMHA Tournament Cancellation Policy:
The following format will be used should teams need to cancel tournament registration.
Cancellations should be communicated directly to our tournament director Joëlle Landry
(joelle.landry@restigouche-hockey.ca)


● Cancellation MORE than 30 days prior to tournament start date will result in full
registration refund.
● Cancellation LESS than 30 days prior to tournament start date will result in a refund of
50% of registration cost.
● Cancellation AFTER the tournament schedule has been officially released by
tournament organizers will result in NO refund.
