As per our Constitution, the Association has a Discipline Committee in place. If you wish to make a formal complaint, you must do by submitting it in one of the following three methods:

  1. Filling this form;
  2. Via email at discipline@restigouche-hockey.ca;
  3. Mail it to the the following address:
