Here is some information regarding reimbursements due to the recent interim measures that affects players under 12 year old since December 13, 2021.
Rest assured that reimbursements will be issued for every two week period that hockey was suspended (minus a 10 day period during the Christmas break) as detailed on our refund policy page.
While many players already qualify for a reimbursements, there are two main reasons we have not started issuing them just yet:
- More information from HNB and Public Health is coming soon, which will give us a better sense as to when these measures will end.
- Issuing reimbursements takes time, and we would like to avoid repeating the process numerous times.
