   President's Word of Welcome

   Welcome everyone, thank you for the year. It was another difficult year but we had a great team and I am proud that we overcame a lot of difficult challenges.

   Bienvenue à tous, merci pour l'année. Ce fut une autre année difficile, mais nous avions une excellente équipe et je suis fier que nous ayons surmonté de nombreux défis difficiles.

3. President's Report

   Rapport du président

   Rene called the meeting to order. All in all it was a successful year due to various achievements at the beginning and throughout the season. Accomplishments that happened throughout the season can be seen in the attached PDF report. A sincere thank you to all volunteers who have helped make these accomplishments possible, and also to those board members leaving us Roger Hickey and  Jillian LaBillois. Also a thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way in my presidency.

Les réalisations qui se sont produites tout au long de la saison peuvent être consultées dans le rapport PDF ci-joint. Un merci sincère à tous les bénévoles qui ont contribué à rendre ces réalisations possibles, ainsi qu'aux membres du conseil d'administration qui nous ont quittés, Roger Hickey et Jillian LaBillois. Merci également à tous ceux qui m'ont aidé tout au long de ma présidence.

4. Treasurer's Report

   We have come a long way financially since I started on the board. Getting the money from the province this year really helped us along the way such as with jerseys and equipment that was needed. I suggest we look into the online 50/50 and how feasible it will be in the future. The Marauders games were very profitable throughout the year. Everything is paid up to date for year end 

   Sponsorship package will be up and running for September and we are expecting this to be a great turnout. 

   Ice time hours/costs: 

   Campbellton - 401 hours - $44,400.00

   Dalhousie - 259.5 hrs- $29,583.00

   Belledune- 1.5hrs - $111.00

   Nous avons parcouru un long chemin financièrement depuis que j'ai commencé à siéger au conseil d'administration. Obtenir l'argent de la province cette année nous a vraiment aidés en cours de route, notamment avec les chandails et l'équipement dont nous avions besoin. Je suggère que nous examinions le 50/50 en ligne et sa faisabilité à l'avenir. Les matchs des Maraudeurs ont été très rentables tout au long de l'année. Tout est payé à jour pour la fin d'année

   Le package de parrainage sera opérationnel pour septembre et nous nous attendons à ce que ce soit une grande participation.

   Belledune - 1h30 - 111,00 $

      Mathieu Hache nominated himself as a replacement for VP of technical affairs.  All in favor, motion carried contingent on the resignation of the current VP of Technical Affairs.
